lost admin menu

Hello, recently we install otrs to probe in our company

but after some days working well and used to teach an learn main admin menu lost

we login with main root account but either (no appear )

anybody can help us i search in this forum for similar case and we can't see nothing

did you rename the admin group?

no, i don't ,

but i give complete permitions to some agent, maybe she do that ! but in this case what i must to do to recover admin menu when any other agent or main root account get in otrs

check the group names via SQL

then name fields in group table after select * from groups are :

users
admin
stats
Soporte Cabitech

id name comments valid_id create_time create_by change_time change_by
1 users Group for default access. 2 2014-09-12 14:44:34 1 2014-09-25 11:26:20 4
2 admin Group of all administrators. 2 2014-09-12 14:44:34 1 2014-09-25 11:25:59 4
3 stats Group for statistics access. 2 2014-09-12 14:44:34 1 2014-09-25 11:26:12 4
4 Soporte Cabitech
1 2014-09-23 16:16:45 4 2014-09-25 08:14:24 4

this is for selet * from groups

ok, so it might be 2 different issues.

somebody removed the users from admin group
somebody changed the config of the admin screen

Then i must suppose to fix this problem, i must reinstall complete pakage or how i can fix?

cause i supposed that login with main root account i can recover menu and reconfig but either root user can se admin menu !
