Inbound and Outbound Phone Email Notification to Customer

Hello,

How do I enable email notification to customer as well as the owner of the ticket, when one update phone call inbound or phone call outbound?

Please let me know.

You just got off the phone with the customer and you'd like to email them that you were just on the phone with them?
As well, the person who is handling this call is not the owner of the ticket?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Is there a way to send email notification of the details filled ini the inbound or outbound phone call, automatically when it is completed?

They should (?) get that when you use that form but even if not, use the reply to do the documentation instead of inbound/outbound
