Performance logs do what?

I have enabled the performance log for OTRS from admin panel
It's showing data like .3 sec this happen etc..
But nowhere under stable to me that what's the use. What it tracks how it will be helpful ?

did you read the warning before activation? if you are not requested to switch it on for support analysis leave it off.

I have activated. I know it gave me warning by of performance issue. After enabling it is not giving any issue.
But I am not understanding the time that are showing for 5 mins, 3 hours data, yesterday data etc..
What is the use and how it helps me to fix. I mean no recommendation or help there what are these secs of pages

it shows creating times of different frontends. It might have no use for you
