Hello,
I'm trying to create a notification such that an email is sent to the customer when we set the ticket status to "pending auto close+".
The notification is setup like this:
Event -> TicketStateUpdate
Ticket Filter
State -> pending auto close+
Queue -> Well, the queue where i want the notification to be sent out
Nothing in article Filter
Recipient: Customer
Notification: A Subject and a Text
Now, this Notification works (read: is send) when the ticket filter state is set to the three closed states. However, it does NOT work (read: does not send the notification) when the state is 'pending auto close+'.
Does pending auto close+ not count towards the TicketStateUpdate event, as it is still considered open, or did I create a wrong configuration?
Best regards,
Rolf
