Hello.
Is there possibility to configure OTRS for one of Agents that he would see only tickets assigned to him by supervisor?
I know that I can not give him RO right to queue and it will work, but after that he don't see any tickets on the dashboard. I would like to set OTRS to make him see on dashboard (and tickets view etc.) only tickets that was assigned to him and nothing else.

He will see tickets on the dashboard for locked tickets and tickets in his My Queues.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

When I unchecking RO right on agent for queue he don't see any ticket on dashbord from that queue. Even this one he is assigned to. He can only see tickets through AgentTicketLockedView. I would like to make him also see his tickets on the dashboard (but ONLY tickets assigned to him).

OTRS does not work this way
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
