I would like to ask for some support again. Basically I think this questions is really easy to answer, but I am still unable to find the solution on my own.
I would like to display the First Response Time / Solution Time to a closed ticket in my OTRS 3.3.7, but I am unable to find where to configure how to enable the display of them.
Can someone help me, please?

you must add this escalation types to the queue in Admin -> Queues.
After this, the escalations are displayed automatical.
