OTRS 4 / Automatische Antwort

Moin,

ich nutze seit Heute die OTRS Version 4.
Hatte vorher 2.4 drauf, und würde gerne wissen ob ich die Automatischen E-Mails welche mein System versendet nicht an erster Stelle sondern die E-Mail vom "Kunden" an erster Stelle sehen kann?

das ist abhängig von der Sortierreihenfolge im TicketZoom. Einfach über die Sysconfig ändern

Achtung: OTRS4 ist aktuell im Betastatus und sollte nicht produktiv genutzt werden

Ticket::Frontend::ZoomExpandSort sollte auf normal stehen

Nein sorry, die Queue Ansicht ist unverändert, die Automatische Antwort ist immer noch an erster Stelle zu sehen.
