Changing appliance config
I am not a Linux person, but can someone tell me how to modify the config file in OTRS appliance?

Re: Changing appliance config
Well, the most popular editor would be vi or vim. To open the config file, the command is:
vi /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config.pm
But you should look up the vi-commands on google as it isn't intuitive to use.

Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS

Re: Changing appliance config
try also nano if vi is too obscure.
