Hi!
How can I set that otrs enter the email address at reply. If I reply from the ticket, then the "To:" field is empty. Why doesn't it set with the sender email address?
(It happen sometimes. No always!)

Which OTRS version do you use?

can you please check the source (plain) text of the mail you are replying to

I think, got it. If the "From" field is in same domain, then "To" field is empty. OK.
