Reply "TO:" field empty

Hi!

How can I set that otrs enter the email address at reply. If I reply from the ticket, then the "To:" field is empty. Why doesn't it set with the sender email address?
(It happen sometimes. No always!)

Which OTRS version do you use?
My english is better than your german :P

"Produktiv": OTRS: 5.0.x, OTRS::ITSM 5.0.x
"Testing": OTRS 6 git
OS: Debian 8.0 (Jessie)
Apache2.4.10/MySQL 5.5.41

can you please check the source (plain) text of the mail you are replying to
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

I think, got it. If the "From" field is in same domain, then "To" field is empty. OK.
