How do you modify the "Reply Form" so that you can add additional fields? We would like to be able to classify a ticket at the time that we are replying to the customer, but currently that is not an option, so we are having to classify a ticket using the "Priority Form".
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

use Dynamic Fields. Have a look in the admin manual
