Hello,
I have installed the OTRS in a brand new subdomain. So,when I just type the subdomain url "http://subdomain.domain.com" it gets redirected to
"http://subdomain.domain.com/otrs/index.pl"
I would like to add a custom HTML home page infront of OTRS, so when a user types "http://subdomain.domain.com" he gets redirected to my custom html page instead of getting redirected to "/otrs/index.pl". How can I do that.
I tried a bit, but was not successful.
Please let me know how I can do that.
Thanks,
Raghu

Hi,
I think this is part of your webserver configuration.
apache uses mod_rewrite for this AFAIR
