ITSM::Core::Impact / Criticality classes missing

Hi,

After several months using our brand new OTRS 3.3.8 with ITSM, we've realized that the classes:

ITSM::Core::Impact
ITSM::Core::Criticality

have disapeared from General Catalog.

We've uninstalled all the extensions except ITSM ones, but no luck. The extensions we installed in their moment were:

DynamicFieldRemoteDB
ServiceImportExport
CustomerSLA
Znuny4OTRS-Repo
Znuny4OTRS-EscalationSuspend

We have generated manually the class, but it seems we are missing something.

Any clue or solution to solve this?

re-install.

if you remove all packages the classes are gone. But impact and criticality are dynamic fields, not classes any more.

I didn't understand you. Now I've realized what you told me. The problem is that I was comparing the installation with another OTRS 3 where still were these classes in the General Catalog.

in OTRS <3.3.x the fields are in the Classes.
