Hi!

Can I set the fixed ticket view? I would like to set the ticket view with fixed age field (desc/asc).

I would like to order the ticket view by date (age). I can do it, I click the "Age" column. Ok.
But the system doesn't save it. Next time I need to order it again. How can I set it?

There's a sysconfig option called SortBy::Default! And related to that is Order::Default.
