Hi,
I have been playing around with the OTRS Appliance and I am really impressed with what I've seen so far. Just wandering if there's a way of making a particular Group or Role responsible for a ticket as opposed to just making Agents responsible. We will be using OTRS in a department that works shifts and the Owner or Responsible Agent will not always be on shift when a ticket needs actioning.

No. There are options to unlock tickets but one ticket/one owner at a time.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
