[Solved]OTRS crash at login

OTRS 3.0.11 was running for 2 days, new install, and all of the sudden just stopped working.
I have rebooted the system and still no luck.
I have looked at [install_dir]otrs\var\log\
but there is no otrs.log

Does anyone have any suggestions, I cant login.

After fighting with this for 4 hrs I finally went and uninstalled perl (and that uninstalled OTRS,,,,,,, not what i was trying to do....) and reinstalled perl/otrs and updated the Kernel/Config.pm file with the DB user/name/db information and the server is up and running again.

I cannot tell why the systme just crashed like it did.

I would like to know if anyone else had the same experiance. of if they figured out a way to fix it other than the way I did.

Weird, I just got the samme message on IE7 but as a WARING while looking for a ticket, the diffrence is:

Core.Agent.TicketZoom' is null or note an object

{anonymous}(TypeError: 'Core.Agent.TicketZoom' is null or not an object)
printStackTrace(#object)
{anonymous}(#function)
{anonymous}()
{anonymous}(objectEvent])

Just click OK and everything seems to work fine. A bug maybe???

Sorry that i open this old threat again. I have the same Probleme, but a different Error Message. My OTRS is running with appliance. Has somebody any idea.
