Unable to add a file to a ticket : internal server error

After uninstalling plugin Kix4otrs, when trying to add a file to a ticket, i always have the error message :

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@somenet.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Any idea how to solve this ?

Hi,

Check the logs. Usually a server error for the file upload is a permission issue. Check permissions.

I have found nothing relevant in the log file.

If this is a permission issue, do you know how to use the otrs.setpermission.pl Under Windows ?
