How to give solution time in minute in auto responce

Hi All,

I was trying to add solution time as per SLA in first auto response to customer users. i able to do so by using notification tag <OTRS_TICKET_SolutionTim>. But this tag is giving me solution time in seconds. how i can add solution time in hours or minute in my first response to customer user. Please help me
