Hello All,
I'm mirating our OTRS windows + MSSQL installation to CentOS + MySQL. I was able to transfer dynamic fields and most of the SysConfig. I tried migrating the MSSQL database using the MySQL migration wizard, but the new DB does not have any articles listed under the ticket. From what I understand this is because of different structures of MSSQL and MySql. How do I go about migrating the tickets from the MSSQL DB to MySQL? Is there a way to achieve 1:1 data migration? What other ways can I transfer tickets from old system to new system?
