Forbidden error 403

when i try to access installer.pl im getting below error in windows

client denied by server configuration: D:/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/installer.pl


please help me on this

Which OTRS version, what webserver (and which version)?

otrs 3.3.2 version
and server is apache 2.2 in xampp 3.2.1.

actual version is 3.3.10 so you should use this (for a new install)
does your xampp setup is configured to run PERL?

I suggest to use the Appliance or try with the managed trial offer for testing purposes
