How to displaymultiple queues in Dashboard
Hello,
I'm using multiple queues, but can only see one at a time in my Dashboard.
My Queues:
- BlueQueue
- - DarkBlueQueue
- - - DarkBlueSubQueue1
- - - DarkBlueSubQueue2
- - LightBlueQueue
- RedQueue
- - DarkRedQueue
- - LightRedQueue
- YellowQueue
- GreenQueue
I want to view ALL blue queues in my dashboard.
But when I'm having a GreenDay... I want to select GreenQueue, or Yellow on an YellowDay
How do I accomplish this?
Thanks in advance

Re: How to displaymultiple queues in Dashboard
I found the problem.
I've created the following queues:
Queue 1
SubQueue 11
Subqueue 12
Queue 2
Subqueue 21
Subqueue 22
I've created an ticket in every subqueue.
The mainqueues don't have any ticket. So they wont show in the dropdown-filter
I want to select queue 1, so everything in queue 1, subqueue 11 and 12 will be displayed...
So how I display all queues in my dropdown-filter regardless if there are any tickets in the queues
Thank you in advance
Vincent

Re: How to displaymultiple queues in Dashboard
Is it possible to Create the following:
------------------------
| BLUE QUEUE - x |
------------------------
|Lightblue queue
|
| Ticket 1
| Ticket 2
|
|Darkblue queue
|
| Ticket 3
| Ticket 4
------------------------
------------------------
| RED QUEUE - x |
------------------------
|Lightred queue
|
| Ticket 5
| Ticket 6
|
|Darkred queue
|
| Ticket 7
| Ticket 8
------------------------
I dont care about the status, new, pending, etc
I just care about Open / Closed.
When it's closed, it's gone.
Kind Regards,
Vincent
