Hallo OTRS-Gemeinde,
steh aktuell leider völlig auf dem Schlauch!
Ich will ein dynamisches Feld im Ticket hinzufügen, sodass es ganz rechts in dieser Box "Ticket Information" steht. Ich finde in der ConfigSys diese Box nicht, wo ich das dyn.Field reinhängen kann.

....Leider funkt das immer noch nicht 
Hab das dyn. Feld (Typ-Ticket), reingehängt in Ticketzoom - wird aber nicht in der Info-Box angezeigt.
Überall sonst jedoch schon - Also z.B. bei FreeText oder NewPhone etc.. da passt das alles perfekt.
Was mach ich falsch?

Steht denn ein Wert in dem DynamicField für das Ticket? Ist es ein Ticket-DynamicField oder eins für Artikel?

Ja, Wert steht drinnen. Ich habe das Feld als "dyn.Feld - Ticket" gemacht, da es sich nicht pro Artikel neu definieren soll. Das wird einmal angegeben (so wie die Queue etc.)

Jetzt steht das Feld da - ich schwöre das ist nach der Änderung nicht sofort dagestanden... keine Ahnung, vielleicht läuft irgendwo ein Sync Job im Huntergrund....
