CMDB Process Management or similar pluging

Hi everyone.

I would like to know if it's possible to create process management for manage CMDB.
For example I have a complex infraestructure and I would like be able to add to my CMDB new CI's in a specific order and create links between it with a specific sequence.



Is it posible with a process management?
Is there any addon or plugin to do this?
