OTRS 3.3.9 Customer Information Centre

Hi

I have recently upgraded to 3.3.9 and have found a new issue that wasn't there pre-upgrade.

I use MS LDAP as a backend for customer information.
The customer information is being pulled into OTRS and the list of people can be viewed by accessing Admin > Customers or by going into the Customer Information Centre.
However, when you select any user from the list, the Customer Information page appears, but all the fields are empty.
I have removed all LDAP information from config.pm and replaced it with default information from defaults.pm but still have the same issue.

I have also shrunk the Map section to only include the three required fields, which updates in the customer information view, but it still doesn't show the data.

I've also tried copying the template from the following site and updating the required fields but still have the same issue.

What section of the config is likely to stop the customer information displaying, while sucessfully allowing the customers authenticate and use the system?

Hi

No there are no errors in the logs at all.

I have found that the data shows when viewed via this URL accessed via the 'Customers'>'Customer Information Centre':
/otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminCustomerUser;Subaction=Change;ID=testuser;Nav=Agent
but the information is empty when viewed via the following URL accessed via 'Customers'>'Customer User Administration:
/otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminCustomerUser;Subaction=Change;ID=;Search=testuser;Nav=Agent'
