Migrate 3.0 -> 4.0

Hi,

i was wondering if this will work, i have not seen so many DOC about OTRS windows update.
so do you think this will work?

update from 3.0 -> 3.1 -> 3.3 via windows installer. and then migrate DB to OTRS 4 new Ubuntu server
