PendingNotificationOnlyToOwner: No Mails

Hi guys

I'm in trouble with the setting PendingNotificationOnlyToOwner:

This works fine and I get a mail when the set time on the status "pending reminder" was reached. Now it is so that I receive this mail also when I get a respond from a customer to this ticket, which I have given this status. Can I somehow stop that then goes out no mail "pending notification" when I also get the notification for the new customer answer? Because I don't like the notification twice.
