Solution Time disappears after call reopened

Solution Time disappears after call reopened

Hi, thanks for reading.

Basically as per title. I close a ticket and if I re-open it no longer shows the SLA solution time although it does show the update time.

I have tried changing the SLA but this doesent make any difference.

Any ideas why this is happening and how I can change it?

Hosted on CentOS 7.4/ MySQL - MariaDB (5.5.60)

thats the intentend behaviour
