Queue limit in Customer Frontend (by Country)

Hello
In OTRS I supports customer from two country (UK and Poland)
In new ticket in customer frontend I have limit queue by CustomerPanelOwnSelection under Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewNew in the SysConfig.
But now for customer from Poland I would like show only queues with PL at the beginning of the queue name. And similar for UK customers.

I try do it by ACL but without success.
Could you help me ?
