Hello,
I've upgraded our OTRS from 3.3.8 to 4.0. I had to do this on a new VM because my old Suse Linux 11 SP1 did'nt support some perl modules. Now i'm on SLES 11 SP3.
I used otrs/scripts/backup.pl and restore.pl to move OTRS to the new server. After that I started the upgrade to 4.0 and also upgraded ITSM and FAQ to the latest version.
When I go to the Mail Account Management and force fetching mail with an empty inbox I get the finished message, but when there is an e-mail in de inbox I get an error 500 page with this message.
Got no DBObject! at /opt/otrs//Kernel/System/PostMaster/Filter/SystemMonitoring.pm line 40. (in cleanup) Can't call method "Get" on an undefined value at /opt/otrs//Kernel/System/AuthSession/DB.pm line 583.
How can i solve this error?
Best regards,
Gijs

Re: Error fetching mail
check/upgrade your packages, including the System Monitoring.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

[SOLVED] Error fetching mail
Didn't think of that. Removing the packages solved the error messages.
Thank you.
