Hallo zusammen,
hat jemand Erfahrung zwecks OTRS-Einbindung an den SAP-SolutionManager. Oder anders ausgedrückt - Schnittstelle zum SAP-SolMan?
Kann man das realisieren oder ist dazu Entwicklung notwendig?

Dazu ist Entwicklung notwendig. Die xxx hat(te) da auch mal was, wobei das - soweit ich weiß - nicht auf aktuelle OTRS-Versionen portiert wurde.

Ja, wir haben da etwas. Aber es ist immer eine kleinere Anpassung notwendig (sales@otrs.com)
