Hi all,
on my current deployment of OTRS (version 4.0.2) I'm having some issues with the Customer Portal.
My customer user registers, logs in and opens a ticket (or several).
The ticket is sent correctly and opened, however from the customer portal the user cannot see any tickets.
All the customer is seeing is the welcome message:

Please click the button below to create your first ticket.
BUTTON

If I try searching for the ticket no results appear.
Anyone can point me on the right direction to understand what may be causing this?
I'm not finding any clear indication of what's wrong in the logs.
My configuration is the following:
Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
Apache 2.2.22
mod_perl/2.0.5
MySQL 5.5.40

I've found the problem: I had created queues and assigned them to specific groups.
Customers were assigned to the "users" group and so they didn't see anything.
