Keyboard Shortcut

Hi to all,
i'm new to OTRS, i saw that all menu items have shortcuts in their tooltip.
I've tested with IE9, FF and Chrome and it doesn't work, i've searched for an activation in Admin/Sysconfig and it's not there.

How can i simplify the Agent work enabling keyboard shortcuts ?

I'm having the same issue. I can see the tooltips for the keyboard shortcuts when mousing over the top navbar buttons, but none of them seem to work. Documentation on this feature is non-existent from what I could find.

Can someone please post about how to enable and configure this feature?
