Customer do not receive attach file when agent close ticket has got attach file

Dear all,

Please help me Customer do not receive attach file when agent close ticket has got attach a file by browse to file in OTRS 3.3.8
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Don't use close to send notifications. Use reply.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
