Number of Tickets/per Queue is wrong since the update to 4.0.2

Hello

since I updated OTRS from version 3.3.9 to 4.0.2, the number of tickets that is shows in the ticket overview (behind each queue) is higher than the real number if I count the tickets. Even if I would add locked or merged tickets.

Is there someone with the same issue?

Did you run otrs.RebuildTicketIndex.pl?
This can be done in the background to calculate the ticket numbers for the queue view screens.
Please read carefully the upgrade process and you will be fine.
