Closed ticket count by owner per month

Hi,

I have activated Stats::UseAgentElementInStats in SysConfig -> Framework -> Frontend::Agent::Stats and I am able to create a TicketAccumulation statistics report with a count of tickets per state for every agent/owner.

But I am unable to generate a statistics report of all closed tickets by agent/owner per month. My goal is that the report shows all agents as a row and the count of closed tickets per month within the last year.
I am probably doing something wrong because the report I have created shows only zero's. Here's how I created the report:

• Selected TicketAccumulation as Dynamic-Object
• Set Sum Rows, Sum Columns and Use Cache to Yes
• Selected a relative period of 1 year and a minimal scale of 1 month for Close Time as the element that will be used at the X-axis
• Selected Agent/Owner for the elements for the value series
• Selected Closed as State Type for the restrictions to characterize the stat

Can this be done and if so, how can this be done?

You will have to enable agent statistics in SysConfig. It's disabled by default because in some countries, it's illegal to gather such statistics.

I already enabled this. I think I am probably doing something wrong with setting up the stat. Can you help me on that?
