Hello,
i updated my system to version 4.0.2 and got the following problem. When a ticket is created and the service is set then the agents do not get a notification if they have that service on their "my services" list. If i create a ticket and leave the service field blank and set the service afterwards then the notification works. Does anybody know if this should work like this or is it a bug?
