Hi everybody, I have a simple request (I hope..).
When i do a "bulk action" on 2 or more ticket it's possible to set as required the "type" field?

if not, Generic Agent. Check also SysConfig if the field needs to be enabled.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
