Fehler nach Update 4.0.3 RegistrationUpdate

RegistrationUpdate - Can not update system UniqueID 'f6f3054cc22b5938cb02774e0c20bcab' not found in database

Wolle dann deregistrieren und noch mal neu registrieren, bekomme dann die Fehlermeldung aus dem Anhang.

hast du ne firewall zwischen dem OTRS und dem Internet?
Die Zeile "Can't contact cloud.otrs.com server"" lässt darauf schließen...

Ja, es ist eine eingerichtet. An dieser wurde jedoch seit der 3.3.7 nichts geändert. Wir haben lediglich nur das Update eingespielt.

Was muss freigegeben werden?

Der Port für ausgehende https Verbindungen ist offen. Daran kann das nicht liegen.

Sicher, dass es auch nicht an etwas anderem liegen kann? Schließlich kann ich die Registrierung nicht zurück ziehen und eine neue anlegen.

Verbinde dich mit der Datenbank und lösche anschließend alle Einträge aus der Tabelle system_data.
Dann kannst du das System neu registrieren wenn du magst.

Leider bringt das leeren der Tabelle nichts. Bitte um weitere Hinweise.

Von der OTRS-Maschine aus schonmal ein ping auf cloud.otrs.com gemacht? Sind irgendwelche Proxies notwendig/eingetragen?

Hm, gerade noch mal versucht das System zu registrieren, siehe da, es geht. Lag wohl doch am OTRS Service.
