OTRS validation for use in Pharmacuticals industry

Hi,

I hope this is the right place for this question. I am looking for some system validation documentation for OTRS use within a pharmaceuticals environment. So far I have not been able to find any. If someone knows where I may find some please can you let me know.

can you please describe with some more information?
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
