Disable notifications when a note is added

How to disable notifications when a not is added to a ticket?

For agents.
I suppose by default the owner and responsible are notified when a note is added to a locked ticket. I'm not sure if all agents with access to a queue are informed when note is added to an unlocked ticket.

I would like to disable this notification alltogether
