Otrs AutoResponse/Email Templates
OTRS Auto-Response and the Email Templates will populate the "to" field with either the email address or the alias that comes in to the system. Is is possible to change the system so that, if an email comes in as "Smith, John [mailto:jsmith@examples.invalid] " it will modify the "To" on the outgoing email(s) to "John Smith"?

No ideas? I am not adverse to doing coding myself but I can't find where to begin.
