IE 11 Errors

Good day,

When I login to OTRS or click on dashboard, I receive the following errors:
namespace core.ui.advancedchart could not be initialized because nvd3 could not be found
unable to get property registerupdatepreferences of undefined or null reference

I tried to turn off IE11 compatibility view, but the error message still appears. I also ran RebuildConfig.pl and DeleteCache.pl but to no avail.

Attached is my IE compatibility view settings, are they correct?

Try to use another browser. I don't use Internet Explorer but i think there's a button called "switch off compatibility mode for this site"

Personally I don't use IE either and it works on FF & chrome, but its for the rest of the organisation using IE that needs it to be resolved.

As per screenshot compatibility view should be off right? but still throws out the error.

Do you have Group Policies? If yes, maybe one of these is overwriting the compatibility-settings?
In general your settings are right.
