[solved] I can't attach files in OTRS's interface (4.0.3)

I recently upgraded my OTRS from 3.3.3 to 4.0.3 and I have a lot of problems (The method I used was to upgrade from version to version - 3.3.3->3.3.4->3.3.5->...->4.0.3). This software is working fine except some minor details. One of them is that I can't attach any document in OTRS's interface. When I do that the page automatically refresh herself. !?!??

PS: I haven't find anything useful on the Internet.

Do you store your attachments in the FS or in the DB?

Log-files are also missing. Permissions are right?

I don't know where I store my attachment's but I solved all my problems by upgrading to OTRS 4.0.4. Thanks @Rooobaaat for your help.
