Seit wann tritt der Fehler auf? Welche Änderungen wurden gemacht?

Der Fehler ist heute aufgetreten, nachdem ich KIXCore und kix4otrs fertig installiert habe.

Funktioniert KIX denn auch ohne das OTRS ITSM? Soweit ich weiß, ist das doch nur eine Erweiterung für OTRS::ITSM

Ja, KIX funktioniert auch ohne ITSM. Man kann einzelne Teile aktivieren bzw. deaktivieren.
