ArticleCopyMoveDelete not visible in process tickets

I have installed an external module which allows to copy move and delete articles (http://opar.perl-services.de/package/C/ ... MoveDelete). The button is available in the "normal ticket screen", but not in process ticket screen. In sysconfig under Ticket -> Core::Web , I find the entry

So apparently I have to add the apporpriate template to sysconfig. I can't figure out though which template controls the zoom view of process tickets.

Any pointers?

You could replace AgentTicketZoom with "ALL"
