Hi all,
I installed OTRS Appliance 4.0.3 on a virtual machine.
I wanted to test a conversion of mail into a ticket so as the "Superuser", I went to Admin / PostMaster Mail Accounts.
I added a new mail account using the following settings :
Type : IMAPTLS
Host : outlook.office365.com
IMAP Folder : INBOX
Trusted : No
Dispatching : Dispatching by email To: field
Validity : valid
As testing with Fetch mail in the RUN NOW! column I got the following error :
Error Message: IMAPTLS: Can't connect to outlook.office365.com: Unable to connect to outlook.of[..]

I tried to change parameters Type and Trusted but it didn't changed anything to my problem.
I haven't edited any file and the network is opened - no firewall.
The problem does not come from outlook, it works normally on my PC.
Did I missed something or does it come from OTRS, Debian or the VM?

Office365/Settings SSL (IMAPS), not TLS,
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
