[SOLVED] ITSM Change Management - setting conditions

Hello,

I have been working on trying to get a change to move from Requested to Ready to InProgress then Successful (or what ever the outcome turns out).

I have read http://otrs.github.io/doc/manual/itsm/3 ... dp33634848 regarding the changes and conditions and I have watched YouTube video and searched forums but I still have not found the information to help me understand how to correctly leverage the conditions and how they work.
1. When I create a new change, should I create a set of basic work orders first or conditions?
2. From the documentation it is not clear, to me, the relationship of the expressions and actions. Is it that if an expression is matched, commit the action? If the fist expression is matched commit the first action then if second condition then commit the second action? or is it that if any or all expressions are met then commit all actions?

From some of what I have read it seems that there should have been at least a generic change template yet there is not one.
I understand that there are too many variables to set a template for every kind of change for every business requirement but there are at least three things that are common to all changes and that is to move from Requested > Acept/Reject > InProgress > Sucess/Fail/Canceled.

Is there any way to create a template change and then export/import that so they could be exchanged among OTRS users?

I was able to figure this out and make a basic change template.

It would be nice if there was a method to export a template and share it with other OTRS users.
