i would like to change the Incident State of a CI, when an Expiration Date (specified in Calender Attribute ) is passed.
fx. Expiration date is tomorrow January 22 2015
when the date is the expiration date (e.g. January 22 2015), the CI's Incident State should change to 'Incident', or warning.
is this possible?
if not is there some other way the system can report that the Expiration Date has passed?

Re: Change incident state when passed expiration Date
http://feature-addons.de/otrs/ITSM%20Co ... ifications (German) might be interesting for you. If you're interested I can set up a demo system and I could add functionality that not only a mail is sent but also the state is changed.
