hi
I have experienced this a few times and had to workaround but workaround is not working now. I have generic agent set to archive and move queues but if it tries to move large amounts of tickets it times out and fails, I have noticed if it tries to move or archive say 5000 tickets it will not work webserver timesout and then the rule just fails and never works again. Please help with this issue as I need to archive a few thousand tickets as they are cloggind db.

Do it in smaller chunks.
