[SOLVED] OTRS4/CMDB: Where CI number is defined?

OTRS4/ITSM/CMDB: Where CI number is defined?
For first entry CI number: 20138000001 was created.
I uderstand 000001 because this is first entry but from where fixed id prefix: 20138 was taken?
It looks ConfigItemID variable stores this value but can not reach it from /otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminSysConfig menu.
I'd like to set it to more simple value like 0 or 1.

The number consists of System-ID + (automatic) CI Class ID
Can not be changed
