Adding main ticket info into info pane

Apologies for asking what is probably a really simple question.
Im looking for how to call up the original ticket text box containing the general text from the customer, and put it into the ticket info panel. (agentticketzoom).
I can add dynamic fields no bother, but I cant see how to add this one field.

It really does not make sene to show article contents in a Popup opened from TicketZoom which is intended to show these informations

It doesnt make sense to have all ticket info on one page?
What is the purpose of the agentticketfreetext page then?

It there to change some data like title, freetextfields (dynamic fields since otrs 3.1)...

How does it get called to the ticketzoom page? and surely that method could be used to call it to the freetext page?

all ticket releated informations are allready shown in TicketZoom. AgentTicketFreeText is to change some data

OK, the situation is, this is a graphic design request system.
End user will put in various details (general brief in the article box) with things like paper size in dynamic fields.
However, the end user will have no idea about certain things - eg print company used. The graphic designer will be putting this stuff in. So they need to go in through agentticketfreetext.
It would be handy to have the project brief on that page so they can see some of the details rather than having to flick back and forth between pages.
I mean, surely if it can be called to be displayed in one web page, it can be called to display in another.

it opens a popup so there is no need to switch between pages as you can easily move the window arround...

Also you should investigate n using the process feature instead.
